Purpose of personal data processing
Customer, service provider and stakeholder data is collected to develop the quality of customer service, our service range, as well as our marketing.

Data content of the register
The register includes the following information provided by the data subject:

The data content of the register is collected into systems which can only be accessed by specified individuals. Accessing the system requires a personal username and login to the database. The register is protected by the appropriate technical procedures.

Right to inspect
Each data subject has the right to inspect any personal information stored in the register.

The request for inspection must be presented in writing and must include at least a name and an e-mail address. The request must be made either via e-mail or a signed letter. Requests are not received by telephone.

Any necessary and circumstantial steps for personal identification are taken before inspection and/or sharing of the information to the data subject.
